Services and Rates

Drop-off Service

• • My fee for drop-off service is $30 per hour, billed by the hour.

  • I live in Olathe, KS, and I have a home workshop where I tend to do a majority of my repair work. After we determine that a repair is needed on your destkop or laptop by communicating through email or on the phone, we can make plans to meet at a convenient location, or you can drop off your system at my house.

  • I will examine all drop-off systems and provide a free repair estimate.

  • NOTE: If I am able to complete a repair while examining the system for an estimate, then the cost of the repair will be 1 hour ($30.00)

On-site Service

• • My fee for on-site service is $60 per hour, billed by the half-hour. Billing begins at the moment I arrive.

  • Because I work a full-time job on the weekdays, my available time for on-site service is limited to evenings and weekends. Due to these time limitations, I try to reserve on-site service for issues that cannot be repaired in my workshop.

  • Examples of on-site service consist of setting up or troubleshooting home networks and moving computer equipment to different rooms in the house.

  • After determining via email or over the phone that on-site service is necessary, we will set up a time convenient to both of our schedules.

Remote Service

• • My fee for remote-service is $30 per hour, billed by the hour. Billing begins the moment our computers establish a connection.

  • I have the capability to access your internet-connected computer remotely, and many repairs can be completed in this way.

  • After determining via email or over the phone that remote service is appropriate, we will set up a time convenient to both of our schedules.
